Strawberry Days takes place the third full weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) in June. The next event will be June 19, 20 & 21, 2015. The festival takes place a Sayre (Strawberry) Park, located at 1702 Grand Avenue in Glenwood Springs, Colorado.
The theme this year is "Glenwood Rocks!" It can be taken literally or figuratively. We will celebrate everything from the rock formations in the Glenwood Canyon and Glenwood Caverns to all that makes the community great. The parade floats are expected to be populated by a few rock and roll icons as well.
This website will allow you to see all of the fun events we have planned for the festival and let you share your photos, thoughts and memories of Strawberry Days past. Help us have the best Strawberry Days ever by using the social tools on this site to share and comment on what's going on. We'll see you at Strawberry Days!
Strawberry Days has been entertaining generations for more than 100 years. The festival features a FamilyFest area with interactive, entertaining and creative experiences for the kids; an arts and crafts fair and food court; an old-fashioned carnival; a parade down main street and a full entertainment line-up. Of course, we’ll still serve free strawberries and ice cream on Saturday, just like we’ve been doing for the past century. Please note: Animals are not allowed at Sayre Park during Strawberry Days. Weapons of any kind are prohibited. Please do not bring glass containers or alcohol into the park. No smoking.
